For Experienced and Career Change Hires

  • Q.

    Are you also recruiting non-experienced workers (or those from other industries)?

    A.

    Yes. We have many employees active within the company who had never been involved in the consulting industry before and who worked previously as system integrators or Product Managers (PDMs) in other companies.

    How long is the selection period?

    A.

    The selection period usually lasts between one week and one month.

  • Q.

    What are the steps involved in selection?

    A.

    Document review --> multiple interviews (two or three) may be expected.

    What documents are required when applying?

    A.

    You will be required to submit your resume and details on your work experience.

  • Q.

    Is online interview possible?

    A.

    Yes. Considering the current situation, we recommend online interviews.

  • Q.

    I have applied in the past, so it is possible to reapply?

    A.

    Yes. If time has elapsed since last applying and you have acquired new sets of experience and skills, then there is a possibility of a different result.

    Are casual interviews possible?

    A.

    Yes. We can provide casual interviews before you formally apply. However, you will need to submit your documentation in advance, even for casual interviews, and interviews will only be granted to those who have passed the document review stage.

    Are English or other language skills required?

    A.

    No. You may apply even if you have not taken any of the English proficiency tests such as TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL iBT or other examinations. However, global projects are on the increase recently, so acquiring a certain level of English proficiency (reading and writing) may provide you with the chance to be assigned to more broad-ranging projects.

    Are people with foreign nationality able to apply?

    A.

    Yes. People of any nationality may apply.
    However, applicants will be required to have a business level Japanese.

    What are your policies on returning application documents (resume, work experience forms) and handling personal information?

    A.

    Personal information submitted by applicants will only be used for selection purposes, and there are no cases in which this will be used for any other purpose. Kindly note that we do not return application documents.

For Graduates

  • Q.

    What qualifications are required for submitting applications?

    A.

    You must be ready to join the company in April 2023.
    Anybody in possession of graduation qualifications from vocational colleges or higher may apply. With regard to language requirements, a business level Japanese.

    May people who graduated more than a year ago apply?

    A.

    Yes. People who graduated more than a year ago may apply for positions as new graduates if they have no previous full-time work experience.

    No. Attendance at company briefing sessions is not mandatory.
    However, attending company briefing sessions will tell you everything you need to know about the company's goals, orientation, business contents and corporate culture, etc. We therefore recommend that applicants attend the company briefing sessions to help them decide whether the company matches up with their intentions.

    Can students majoring in the humanities apply?

    A.

    Yes. Employees who have never studied IT will be provided with the opportunity to catch up after they join the company. However, it is necessary to have high levels of interest in technological and digital related.

    Are any skills or qualifications needed to apply?

    A.

    No. There is no particular need for skills or qualifications when applying.
    You will participate in a training program after joining the company that will provide you with the skills needed to be a consultant, so no particular skills are required when applying.

    People who apply will be screened using the same selection process.

    No. We check each individual's skills and applicability as a consultant during the selection process. We do not observe a Designated School System.
