Dirbato Co., Ltd. (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yasuhide Kanayama; hereinafter “Dirbato”) and FPT Japan Holdings Co., Ltd. (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Nguyen Viet Vuong; hereinafter “FPT Japan”) have entered into a business alliance focused on DX (digital transformation), system development, and outsourcing services.
By combining Dirbato’s established strength in IT consulting with FPT’s world-class DX methodologies and software, we will deliver faster, higher-value DX services. In addition, Dirbato will work with FPT’s delivery centers in Vietnam to expand our support scope for system development, application and business operations, and infrastructure maintenance and operations through outsourcing (BPO, AMS/ITSO). This collaboration will enable us to offer competitively priced services not only in Japan but also to customers across Southeast Asia.
FPT Japan will, in turn, leverage Dirbato’s technical consulting capabilities to provide more advanced, higher-value digital transformation services to customers in Japan and Southeast Asia. Both companies aim to realize joint project collaboration that utilizes the combined skills and resources of each organization.
